Neither this web site nor the server where it resides use cookies to obtain user
information. The only automatic information made available to me is by way of a visitor
counter, which records the domain location from which you access this site. This is used
for my own internal review for the purpose of improving the content and performance of
this site, and is then discarded. The information is not shared with any individual or
organization for either private or commercial purposes.
Information Sent Via E-Mail
The only way you will receive e-mail from me is if you initiate the contact by sending
e-mail to me, signing up to receive e-mail notifications about my work, purchasing a

one of those actions or complete the information form available on the website, that
information is used for my mailing lists alone, and for no other purpose. Most mailing is

on my website nor what may be done with information they may collect.

In compliance with United States laws, as a general policy I do not engage in
e-correspondence with persons known to be under the age of 14. I understand why the laws
are in place... however, I object to the idea that exposure to art, photography, and/or
opera should be restricted - I was certainly hooked on opera and art long before age 14! I
would encourage young-adult web explorers to read and enjoy this website. If you wish to
enter into a give-and-take dialogue, though, I need a "note" from your parent or
